Welcome to Fitness for Body, Mind and Spirit! I am Dr. Lisa Bernardo, and my goal is to help you achieve your optimum fitness using a mind-body-spirit approach.
I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with 44 years of nursing experience. I apply my nursing knowledge, skills and abilities in my wellness coaching and fitness instruction. I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Wellness Coach, a Health Fitness Specialist and a Cancer Exercise Specialist. I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Yoga Fit, and I am certified through Stott-Pilates.
I currently teach in-studio private, duet and trio lessons at Fairgrieve Dance Studio on Route 910. I also teach private and duet mat and equipment lessons on Zoom.
